The "40+ IT hours saved per term" figure comes from the following calculation, applicable to a college or small university with 1,500 to 4,000 students running 1,500 to 2,500 sections per term:

Large universities (8,000+ students, 5,000+ sections) see proportionally larger savings — often well above 100 hours per term. Numbers are estimates validated with customer IT teams during post-deployment audits; they vary with the SIS in place, the LMS, and the level of pre-existing automation before LS2.
